Joseph A. De Vito, President and CEO of The Village Bank, announced plans today to open a new corporate office located at 320 Needham Street in Newton. The Bank will lease roughly half of the 40,000 square-foot facility, bringing together all non-retail staff, including the Bank’s Loan Center, under one roof.
“We’re excited to expand our presence in this vibrant area in the City of Newton, which has been our home base for more than a century,” said De Vito. “Our new facility will help us increase efficiency, collaboration and enhance our efforts to provide the best possible service to our valued customers.”
Slated to open by the end of 2019, the new corporate office will house approximately 80 employees. The Bank’s branch locations will remain unchanged.
